FOR FUCK'S SAKE! (2)

The web host I use, bravenet, has decided in its infinite wisdom to put a limit on what you can host. Basically, you only get under 5 MB to work with. My BF guides and the like count as 12 MB. As the mathematically gifted amongst you will deduce, I am well and truly screwed. I cannot edit or change what's up there, so I couldn't even, for example, delete all my SCAD parodies and free some room. So basically my site is frozen. No more can be added - which is a bitch as a day later I would have finished uploading my GTC parody. Worse, I have heard that the excess 7 MB will soon be deleted and I have no control over what that 7MB will be.

It's like Castrovalva only really shitty.

Thankfully I have all the original material on my harddrive, but I have no idea of where to put it else on the web without paying a fortune on fees. Maybe I should start a parody blog? In any case, any people who dearly love my work should save while they can before the purge starts. I have no idea what to do.

I am fucking annoyed and no mistake.

Jesus. That's the bitch of a thing about the `net - so many sites have popped up offering unlimited space but then find they can't actually keep up with demand. (Rapidshare's another that springs to mind) The blog idea's the first I could think of and I have to say it makes sense - Google seem to me to be by far the most reliable people online in this regard.

I hope the transition runs smoothly.

Transition?

I dunno man. There are - what? - 150 entries for Big Finish alone. How do I post them? By Doctor? New ones start all the time? In chronological order? How do you fit the 8th Doc spin offs into the main range?

But just ANOTHER day and I'd have finished GTC. The first half is up there... well, it WAS, at least... and now it's never finished! I'll look like a total retard!

Jesus. And I tried looking for other websites, but none of them are easy to use as bravenet - you have to do everything in hypertext!

Just...

...I GIVE UP!

I can hypertext, man, I've done IT courses. Plus it would allow me to do some proofreading.

My brother owns some webspace, I might talk to him about hosting for you...

Well, thanks but I honestly can't be certain which websites it would be...

Thanks dude. I never thought 12 MB would ever be such a big deal...
