Hmm, I wonder if that meat cleaver that Tegan is carrying is going to be used as a prop somehow in the next page?
Actually... not really. I just had the idea that for Nigel Hell was being unpopular and miserable but for Dave (who has spent much of his life that way) would suffer a very diffent fate - being in a TARDIS scene from Season 19. And I wanted Tegan to be a hair trigger nutter (which is hard to capture) I just thought her having a meat clever to hand was a shorthand. I mean, a gun could be mistaken for a waterpistol, a cricket bat might make you think she was off for a quick match, and all the other weapons I could think of screamed Ninja Turtle.
The Master and the Doctor will turn up in short order... and things REALLY get wierd...
